Thursday Club

Thursday Club is for children who attend Adams Elementary School, grades first through sixth, live in the immediate neighborhood and need help with their homework. This is for any grade and school subject. Thursday Club is as much about developing relationships with the children and their families as it is about academic progress. With this in mind, volunteer responsibilities will include helping with homework and other learning, encouraging and participating in games with the children, providing snacks every so often and setting up before and cleaning up after the program.
