Because they were open to all and often encouraged discussions of a seditious nature, coffeehouses of 17th century Europe were seen as controversial: a place where the newest ideas were discussed and fought over. We meet weekly to chew over ideas seen as pressing and controversial in our day. Grab an espresso, open your mind, and come be a part of these conversations you should have. The topic for this week is "In the News", which means that the moderator will choose a topic of interest that is getting a good deal of recent media coverage.
