Staff Deacons

Jamie Beckemeier -Director of Community Groups
As Director of Community Groups, Jamie is responsible for the recruitment and training of community group leaders. 

Jeremy Burrows - Worship Coordinator
As Worship Coordinator, Jeremy helps equip current worship leaders at each campus, and oversees assimilation of new musicians into the Worship Team.

Ashley Cade - Content Manager
As Content Manager, Ashley oversees our various communication mediums (including print and web).

Josh Dix - Worship Director
As Worship Director, Josh oversees the worship department and is responsible for developing music and musicians who will lead the church in heartfelt, God-centered worship.

Kelli Duncan – Community Group Coordinator and Gospel Class Administrator
Assists Jamie Beckemeier with coordinating all community group administration and helps Jason Moore manage the organization and details of Gospel Class.

Mike Duncan - Director of Process Communication
As Director of Process Communication, Mike works within the Worship Leadership Department to oversee the support and supplementation of the Lead Pastor and Teaching Team through Lead Pastor assistantship, Video ministry, Research ministry.

Joel Greiner -Shepherding Director
As Shepherding Director, Joel oversees counseling, the pre-marital/wedding process, and benevolence.

Dan Herron - Hanley Road Campus Director
As Campus Director, Dan is responsible for making the Hanley Road Campus run smoothly

Kim Maple -Publications Director
As Publications Director, Kim oversees all print and web mediums.

Jeff Matlock -Director of Administration
As Director of Administration, Jeff oversees the administrative policies and business affairs of the church.

Amy Mattia – Office Manager
As Office Manager, Amy runs the daily operations of the church office, including all human resources needs.

James McAnally -Director of The Luminary
As Director of the Luminary, James oversees the vision, use of space and events at The Luminary Center for the Arts.

Justin McLaury - Executive Assistant to Pastor Steve Miller
Assists Pastor Steve Miller with managing his schedule and communication.

Jason Moore - Director of Spiritual Development
As Director Spiritual Development, Jason oversees the Gospel Class and Membership Process, and Deacon Leadership.

B.J. Mumford -Tower Grove Campus Director
As Campus Director, B.J. is responsible for making the Tower Grove Campus run smoothly.

Zak Mussig - Director of Video Production
As Director of Video Production, Zak is responsible for creating and overseeing all of the videos shown during Journey services.

Erin Nye – Journey Kids Site Director at West County 
As Journey Kids Site Director, Erin is responsible for all things Journey Kids at the West County campus.

Gavin Ortlund -Executive Assistant to Pastor Darrin Patrick
Assists Pastor Darrin Patrick with managing his schedule and communication.
