The Director of Human Resources (DHR) will develop and maintain the processes and procedures that allow the employees of The Journey to give their time and talents to the mission of our church. The DHR will also help set and implement strategies for our organization’s human resources. As a member of the Central Operations Department, the DHR will work as a vital team member of The Journey’s corporate branch that aims to provide necessary support and resources to our campus network.
