What The Journey Has Meant To You
When I moved to St. Louis from Georgia in 2003, my biggest prayer was that God would bless my move and lead me into a caring community of people where I could use my gifts and learn from him through others. I have never had such a vague prayer answered so concretely!

Quote Or Advice
"Theology is the study of God and his ways. For all we know, dung beetles may study man and his ways and call it humanology. If so, we would probably be more touched and amused than irritated. One hopes God feels likewise."
-Frederick Buechner

What You Enjoy
Date nights, playing bluegrass music, live music.

Where You Grew Up And What You Did As A Kid
Grew up in Adel, Georgia (population 5370). I played lots of baseball, football, basketball, tennis...by myself. I must have been a sight to see, but as a white kid in a predominantly black neighborhood in a racially divided town, two sisters and no brothers, my options were limited. I devised systems to make it all work out competitively though, so sometimes I lost...to myself.

Hope For The Journey
That we would be a community of worshippers seeking to glorify God in all that we do because of who he is and all he has done.

Yada, Yada, Yada
The world's termites outweigh the world's humans 10 to 1.
