Josh DixResponsibilities
As Worship Director, Josh oversees the worship department and is responsible for developing music and musicians who will lead the church in heartfelt, God-centered worship. In addition to leading worship on Sundays, Josh is building a leadership community that will assess, train, and send out worship leaders to our various campuses, church plants and anywhere else God leads. 

Family
Wife and best friend, Miranda Starr.  She is from Dix, Illinois.  Perfect.

Reads:
Light in August by William Faulkner, Kavalier & Klay by Chabon, To Kill a Mockingbird by Lee, and Desiring God by Piper.  I also recommend A Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, and anything by Toni Morrison or Raymond Carver.  

Films:
The Departed, Pulp Fiction, Godfather 1 & 2, and No Country for Old Men.  

What You Enjoy

Usually nothing, but I'm getting better. I love watching the Sopranos with my wife, Sunday night baseball on ESPN, telling stories and playing music.
